Since moving to Quebec I started walking to get my groceries, and I have to think about how heavy stuff is so I don’t wreck my shoulders on the walk home (I know I need one of those wheeled carts…) So anyway, huge bags of potatoes are out and these cute little potatoes are in.
They are sweet, creamy, and cook quickly. Both my picky and adventurous eaters love them and there is just enough for our family of four. I made a simple leek potato dish with them and used up my left over cannelloni filling to give them a big nutritional boost.
